ABOUT ME

I have developed my therapeutic methodology over the last 40 years with one goal in mind: to help people heal and to find satisfaction in their work, relationships, and life. My background in psychology and Montessori teaching combined with my personal interests in health and in spirituality contributed to my body, mind, spirit focus. This wholistic approach helps others heal through focus, reflection, and ultimately refining their lives.

I am passionate about guiding individuals and families through the complexities of human connection and personal growth. Recognizing a multitude of challenges from relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, addiction, and grief to the more complex trauma based wounds, I strive to foster healing through inner child work and self compassion. I assist you in uncovering your authentic self that has been there all along but buried through protective strategies from wounding. I aim to facilitate positive growth and change through this unveiling as you reparent your wounded inner children.

I specialize in helping people heal their relationships, childhood wounds, and trauma in the most efficient manner. I empower people to reach their highest potential and to bring more meaning and fulfillment into their lives. I utilize modalities matched with you specifically such as inner child work, codependency, DBT, and CBT.

I am here for you if are considering the possibility of making a change to your life for the better. Even if you are not sure about therapy, reach out to me for a free 15 minute consultation to see whether you are a good match.

MY THERAPEUTIC METHOD

  • Focus

It all starts by learning how to focus on what you want.

  • Reflect

Next, you’ll reflect on what may be blocking you, and learn how to overcome these obstacles. Use of Internal Family Systems will be the primary modality.

  • Refine

The last step? We learn how to continually refine what we’ve learned. Think of this as your new beginning. And remember…personal growth is a journey, not a destination.
